How to contact Russian webmaster's team? We suggest emailing us in the first instance. This is the most natural mean of communication for all computer people in the world. We check mailboxes daily, incl. of weekends, and respond mails quickly and promptly, it is a strict rule.
Speech difficulties
Some of our team members have stammer. This is a light speech difficulty, which affects oral communication, especially over the phone. If there is a choice, would you mind preferring emails or Skype chats to calls? We keep Skype open with no contacts blocked by default, and accept chat requests from everyone. If no choice exists, proceed with a voice call: then, we will mobilise ourselves doing the best what we can to respond in acceptable manner :-)
Always mind the time difference when calling phones and using Skype from abroad. Phone lines are open Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (GMT). We do not answer calls on (British and Russian) public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Skype is available at any time: it's installed on our mobile handsets, and you can use it on weekends as an alternative.
